Expected to improve and will pay to follow up. ORTHO STAR (2) showed promise on debut last time out when in the money over 1m at Horseshoe Indianapolis (Dirt), beaten half a length. Handy draw will assist so he should be in the finish. KNOCK KNOCK JOKE (12) is a promising type who was in the placings on debut before a fourth last time over 6f at Monmouth Park (Dirt). Should be poised just off the lead. Deserves respect on best figures.
