MAZOKU (7) was prominent at the corner and finished a nose away from the winner in second last start at Ellis Park (Dirt) over 6½f Has a strong record at this trip, scoring three times from five starts. Has the pace to settle in the leading division. Expected to be in the finish. SUMMER OF MISCHIEF (2) finished third over 6f at this track (Dirt) at her last appearance on June 14 and returns. For a new stable. Goes well when resuming from a lay-off, including three minor placings from three starts. Capable of taking this out. SEQUIN LADY (1) has switched yards since finishing third six-and-a-half weeks ago over 6f at Del Mar. Can make her presence felt. A NEW PEACE (6) produced another moderate effort last start when 8 lengths from the winner in seventh over 1m3f at Saratoga. Better than recent efforts suggest.
