GLORIETTE (6) showed good early dash before weakening to be beaten 5 lengths into fourth over 6f at Horseshoe Indianapolis (Dirt) last time out. Expected to be in this for a long way. BALLADRY (9) started at 6/1 last time on the back of a win at this track (Dirt) two starts ago but was below her best, finishing fifth over 6f at Ellis Park (Dirt). Stepping up a level this time but on her best form she is capable of a big performance. SPARKLE OF HOPE (8) doesn't win out of turn, scoring just two times from 24 starts. Did a good job last start to finish second over 6f at Ellis Park, beaten 15 lengths. The engagement of Tyler Gaffalione is noteworthy. Meets some better types this time but she has the ability to test this field. XTRA EXTRAORDINARY (1) resumes from a lay-off of ten weeks and is having her first outing under new trainer Eric Foster. Finished fourth at Turfway Park (Synthetic) over 1m at the opening run last time in work.
