COMIC HERO (1) is back at the races for the first time since July 29. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last prep over 5f at Belmont Park. One of the genuine hopes in the race. MYTHICAL MISS (5) started at 2/1 last time and ran below expectations, finishing seventh and beaten 6 lengths at Pinjarra Scarpside over 5f. Likely improver with strong prospects. TWIGGER (2) turned in a modest performance when eighth last start over 5½f at Bunbury, beaten 5.5 lengths after a good win on debut at Bunbury. Worth another chance.
