JUNGLE BEAST (2) showed little early speed last start and failed to come on in the straight when seventh, beaten 10 lengths, over 1m1/2f at Colonial Downs (Turf). Perfectly placed and is sure to prove tough to beat. THEWITCHISGONE (6) is in top form, most recently recording a win by half a length over 6½f at this track (Dirt) to make it two in succession. Reunites with Antonio Lopez which is a proven winning combination. Best form puts him right in this. XCELLENT START (4) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago at this track. Less impressive last time out when second over 7f at this track, beaten 6 lengths after being in the firing line on the corner. Looks well placed so expect a better run this time. FANCY CONCHO (5) was a gutsy winner two runs back then ran fifth over 6½f at this track (Dirt) on July 26. Change of rider to C Hiraldo who has eight wins when aboard. Best figures stack up.
