HIYAAM PROUD (6) has two placings from three appearances this campaign and last start finished a nose from the winner in second over 1m1/2f at this track. Great chance to take this out. SABAN (5) was well in commission last time but ran below expectations when 11th and beaten 4.5 lengths over 1m1f at Flemington. Can turn things around. HAARACAINE (2) did his best work late and finished 4 lengths from the winner in fifth last start over 1m1/2f at this track, an improvement on his ninth at Moonee Valley the run before. Finds a suitable assignment and can get the job done. NEARING LIBERTY (8) lines up on the back of a 3 length fourth over 1m2f at Flemington. Serious contender.
