Moir Stakes winner MORNINGTON GLORY (2) made it three wins in a row last start when he scored by half a length over 5f in the G1 Moir Stakes at Moonee Valley. Winning rider Ethan Brown retains the mount. Won't find this as tough so he is likely to play a big role. Multiple Group 3 winner RECOMMENDATION (3) had been in sparkling form winning three races on end but missed the frame most recently when eighth over 6f in the G1 Manikato Stakes at Moonee Valley. Has a very good record here with three wins from four starts. Leading contender. Group 2 winner BELLATRIX STAR (9) scored last start in the G3 Scarborough Stakes at Moonee Valley to make it two wins from three starts this campaign. Takes on tougher opposition this time but she should be involved in the finish. Multiple Group 2 winner KALLOS (4) has been kept fresh since finishing in the minors over 5½f in the G3 The Heath 1100 Stakes at this track. Kept up to the mark with a recent Canterbury trial placing. Cannot be underestimated.
