Group 1 placegetter MARIGOLD HOTEL (2) is on a nine-day back-up after finishing in the money over 1m in the G2 Ipi Tombe Challenge at Turffontein Standside. Jumps from a good gate and is capable of taking this out. Group 2 winner LADY OF POWER (4) was well beaten in harder company in a then better placed last time and finished in the money when a half a length second over 1m. Finds similar grade here and expected to run well again. FORESHORE (7) returned from a lay-off two weeks ago when she was beaten 7 lengths into fifth over 7f at this track. Has been in the money at each second up start. Must raise the bar but this is well within her grasp. MINOGUE (8) comes here following a win over 7f at this track seven weeks ago, getting home by 2 lengths. Has a sound record here with two wins from three starts. Capable of playing a big role.
