PRINCE ALEX (2) improved from a reappearance sixth to finish third at Goodwood over the same distance. Enjoys this type of race and must be a leading chance. DARK JEDI (4) seemed to appreciate dropping back in journey when 3L fourth at York. Tries 1 ¾m which is expected to suit. COOL PARTY (6) may sneak into the frame based on a 2.75L course and distance fifth. DE VEGA'S WARRIOR (5) returned after a two month spell finishing eighth at Nottingham tackling this trip. Better expected.
