LOUISBURGH (4) raced once in the maiden campaign when sixth at Canterbury over 6¼f back on June 10. Much better for that run and can get off the mark this time. CALIFORNIA BLUES (3) showed little early speed last start then picked up impressively in the straight to finish third at Hawkesbury over this journey. Will be tough to hold out again. SO MAGNIFICENT (6) did a fair job on debut last time out, finishing 1.5 lengths from the winner in third over 6f at Wagga. Expected to feature with improvement to come. MIDNIGHT LUNA (7) did her best work late and finished third last time over 6½f at this track, beaten 3 lengths. Hard to beat in this suitable race.
