DEFERRED (4) was far from disgraced when third last start over 7f at this track, beaten 0.8 lengths after she made late ground. That followed a win at this track the start prior. Yet to miss the placings from four starts at this track. Finds an easier assignment and can get the job done. NO BRAINER (3) bounced back last start and got the job done by a neck after being prominent at the bend over 6½f at this track. Likely to be there at the finish again. INFLUENCING (2) was ridden quietly then made a little ground and finished 2.5 lengths away in fifth last time out over 5f at Pinjarra when when resuming from a lay-off. Tackles a longer journey this time. Will find this tougher but should be competitive. EXCELTRAIN (1) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 6f at this track, beaten 4 lengths after being in the firing line on the corner. Fitter so can figure in the finish.
