ON PATROL (1) settled well back but hit the line well to finish fourth, beaten 2 lengths, over 7f here last time. Looks suited here and rates a major contender. DON'T TRUST JUDAS (9) was in the money two starts back at Northam but couldn't back it up last time when eighth, beaten 6 lengths, at this track over 1m1/4f. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. MAGNACHINE (12) looks close to a win, finishing in the placings at her last couple of runs including a third most recently over 6f at Pinjarra Scarpside when beaten 2.75 lengths. Facing a tougher assignment but can measure up. ONE PUNCH (6) performed above expectations when resuming last time over 6f at this track, finishing a long neck from the winner in second after starting at huge odds. Among the fringe chances.
