ARCHER'SHEART (6) turned in a moderate effort on debut last start when eighth at this track over 6f, beaten 5 lengths. Expected to be in the finish with the addition of blinkers. QUIZLET (3) returned from a break of four months with a solid second last start at Swan Hill over 6f. Won't be bothered by this longer journey. One of the main contenders. MR MARIGOLD (2) finished third last time over 5½f at Moe, beaten 2 lengths. Stepping up a level this time but on his best form he is one of the key runners.
