BOUNCING BEYOND (8) has filled a minor placing on two occasions in four starts. Failed to add to the tally last time out when sixth over 5½f at Morphettville. Has been in the frame at all two runs over this trip. Will find this easier than last start. Should be in the finish. FLYING YANK (10) resumed from a lay-off last start with a sound second over 6f at Murray Bridge. Ready to go one better. NAVIGLI (12) finished out of the money on debut two starts back then was beaten 2 lengths when fourth in a 6f contest at Bordertown two-and-a-half weeks ago after being prominent at the bend. Needs to be at her best to beat this field but she is up to the challenge. LEAVING LAS VEGAS (11) is a three-year-old gelding on debut from the stable of Phillip Stokes. By Pierro from Major Wager.
