SILENT MELODY (1) was unplaced on turf over 1m1/2f at Saratoga in a then again couldn't find the top-three on the same surface last time out, finishing seventh over 1m1/2f at this track. Tough to beat back on the dirt. Worth another chance. CHASING DAYLIGHT (4) showed good early muster and fought on to finish second last start over 1m at this track (Dirt). In a suitable race and can build on that solid recent effort. STARRY MIDNIGHT (5) made progress last time out, finishing 3.5 lengths from the winner in third when she worked home well at the end of 6½f at this track. Meets some better types this time but she has the talent to test this line-up. MOONLIT WEEKEND (2) comes here off a last-start sixth, beaten 23 lengths, over 1m at this track. Credentials hard to fault.
