DILLINGER (7) really dug deep to score by 8 lengths three runs back at Saratoga (Dirt) before filling a minor placing at his last two starts. Has good early toe so he should be handy in the run. Will prove tough to beat. NIGHT EFFECT (3) raced on the speed from the outset last start and finished second, beaten 1.5 lengths, over 1m at this track (Dirt). Ready to go one better. CLUBHOUSE (2) is back after a break of five-and-a-half months. Started the last campaign impressively when in the placings over 6f at this track. Looks one of the genuine hopes in the race. TOMMY TWO SOCKS (1) registered a strong win two runs ago then turned in a nice run last time out when third over 6½f at Saratoga, beaten 2.75 lengths. In contention this time.
