CHARMING JIM (9) finished third last time over 1m1/2f at Saratoga (Turf) to make it three minor placings from nine career runs. Has a solid record at this journey, finishing in the money on two occasions. Expected to run well. CATTANI (7) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 1m1/2f at Saratoga, beaten 8 lengths. Strips fitter and can play a major role. PUREST PERFORMANCE (11) could only manage seventh two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 1m1/2f at this track, beaten 1.5 lengths. Well placed to feature in the finish.
