YOUNG MERLIN (3) maintains an unbeaten hurdle record in the UK with a 3.75L win at Southwell preceding another 2m novices hurdle victory running 1.25L clear at the same venue. Hard to beat up in grade. GLORIOUS ZOFF (1) showed plenty of ability at Market Rasen when a strong 2L third tackling a higher class 2 ¹⁄₁₆m handicap hurdle. Down in grade and rates the main danger. CALL ME ROCKY (4) found success by an impressive 6L at Newton Abbot two outings ago. Shortlist on best form. CALEVADE (8) is a two-time course and distance winner who makes for appeal.
