KARLSTAD (4) finished out of the money when fresh from a lay-off two starts back then he got a long way back and was beaten 4 lengths when 11th over 7f at Bunbury two weeks ago. Faces an easier assignment so he is likely to play a big role. Group 3 placegetter FEELS DANISH (7) missed the placings two runs back then was never in contention last start when 8 lengths away in ninth over 1m1 1/4f at Mt Barker. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. RIPON FALLS (5) got well back over 7½f at this track last time and never threatened, eventually finishing 7 lengths away in sixth. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. MISSALFIE (6) turned things around last start and scored by 0.7 lengths over 1m1 1/4f at Mt Barker. Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake.
