Charlie Appleby’s newcomer Wild Angel is one to watch out for at Kempton’s evening meeting in the Racing TV Fillies’ Novice Stakes.

The Godolphin homebred is a half-sister to five winners, including multiple Group One scorer Space Blues and high-class mare Shuruq, who shone on a synthetic surface at Meydan.

 

18:00 (Kempton) Soar Above

Soar Above was the subject of a gamble when a close third here recently and remains of interest in the Unibet More Extra Place Races Handicap.

The nine-year-old has gone over two years and 22 races without tasting victory but dropping down from a highest mark of 92 to just 72 has opened the door for a change of fortunes.

 

19:00 (Kempton) Beyond Words

Beyond Words took a while to realise what the racing game is all about but bolted up at Southwell on her fourth outing and is taken to follow up in the Unibet More Boosts In More Races Handicap.

This Frankel filly is a half-sister to 2020 Dante winner Thunderous and is open to any amount of improvement now the penny has dropped.

 

19:30 (Kempton) Shader

John and Thady Gosden’s Shader romped home by a wide margin on his second start and is one to stick with in the Unibet/Breeders Backing Racing EBF Novice Stakes.
