Kempton free racing tip: Course winner can produce goods for in-form yard

Early market leaders Palace Green and Aulis will be vying for the favourite tag, but with extra places widely available, better value might be found looking for each-way options deeper in the better, even if those two principals don’t falter. 

Bottom weight Imperial Cult has won three of her last five outings, but faces a huge step up in class here, while Highland Spring should not be discounted under Tom Marquand after winning at this venue two outings ago in August.

However, our final nod goes to course-winner, Miss Dolly Rocker, who arrives here in very good heart after finishing a promising runner-up of nine when last seen at Newbury 26 days ago.

That performance confirmed that the four-year-old filly is back near her best, having won on her previous outing at Bath in early September under returning regular rider, Jason Watson.

It's certainly a good time to side with trainer Roger Teal, who has saddled two winners at 22/1 and 6/1 in his last seven attempts, and this filly knows her way around Kempton pretty well , having raced here eight times before, so a good showing can be expected in her current groove.
