Richardson Hitchins vs Gustavo Daniel Lemos: Full card, start time and where to watch the showdown
The Las Vegas hosts a big night of boxing this weekend as Richardson Hitchins and Gustavo Daniel Lemos put their unbeaten records on the line.
Since turning professional in 2017, Hitchins wasted no time in making a name for himself. The 26-year-old currently boasts a 17-0 record with seven knockouts to his name.
Last September, Hitchins defeated the much-experienced three-time world title challenger Jose Zepeda.
Hitchins is now setting his sights on another tough challenger in Gustavo Daniel Lemos.
The 28-year-old Argentinian boasts a superb 29-0 record with 19 stoppages. His most high-profile victory came two years ago when he stopped Lee Selby inside five rounds.
This weekend’s bout is not only about maintaining unbeaten records, but also about future title aspirations in the super lightweight division.
Earlier on the card, two more unbeaten contenders will square off in the squared circle.
Diego Pacheco and Shawn McCalman have a combined record of 35-0. The two men will battle for the WBO International Super Middleweight crown.
Olympic gold medallist Galal Yafai returns to action against Agustin Mauro Gauto in a 10-round bout for the WBC International Flyweight championship.
Skye Nicolson is also on the card as the Australian looks to claim the vacant WBC Featherweight title against Sarah Mahfoud.
Fans can watch the full card on Saturday, April 6 live on DAZN. Start time for the event is 8pm ET and 1am BST (Sunday). Main event ringwalks are expected at around 10:30 ET and 3:30am BST.
