Amir Khan vs Kell Brook: When, where and how to watch the fight

Kell Brook Amir Khan

The pair are finally expected to put their rivalry to bed in a huge British blockbuster in 2022...

Amir Khan and Kell Brook will finally meet in a rivalry that has been a fight years in the making.
Khan will return to the ring for the first time in two years following his victory over Billy Dib in Saudi Arabia.
Britain's youngest Olympic-medallist has admitted he will more than likely retire in 2022 with Brook being his last fight. His career has included winning two world titles at junior welterweight.

Despite a super-fight with Floyd Mayweather or Manny Pacquiao never coming to fruition, Khan has beaten the likes of Paulie Malignaggi, Marcus Maidana and Devon Alexander.

His other standout bouts include defeats to Danny Garcia, Canelo Alvarez and more recently Terence Crawford.

For Brook, his biggest win was against Shawn Porter in 2014 to win the IBF welterweight championship. He made successful defences against Frankie Gavin, Jo Jo Dan and Kevin Bizier.

However, a crushing middleweight loss to Gennadiy Golovkin followed before relinquishing his IBF belt to Errol Spence Jr. in 2017.

He would go on to challenge for world honours again but fell short in a four-round shootout to Crawford.

What they have said

Amir Khan: "My aim is to hurt and knockout Kell Brook. I'm training every day," said Amir Khan on social media. "I've never trained this hard in my life. The last time I trained like this was in the Olympics (2004).
"I leave it to God which round I knock Kell Brook out. I am going to win the fight, 100%. I'm not just doing this for the money and saying that I'm fighting him.

"I'm doing this to win. I've achieved a lot and made a lot in the sport, but this is one fight that I want to put him to rest - this whole issue of me fighting Kell Brook. I'm just going to put it to rest.

"Look, Kell Brook can train as hard as he wants for this fight," said Khan. "I honestly do not care. Look at the skill-set that I've got. Look at the speed, power, and movement. There are levels in this game," added Khan.
Kell Brook: "Levels below!? He's in Cuckoo Land. He needs to go back to believing he's a celebrity. This fight is the icing on the cake," Brook said.
"This fight is a grudge match. This is what I want. I am sick of people asking me about this fight. I've been in with the pound for pound best in the world. This is an easy fight for me.

"You're [Khan] getting knocked out. This is my first fight. Forget my legacy. I'm going to knock you spark out. You'll see, you're getting it.
