Fight preview
Reyes will arrive at Wembley Arena unbeaten, but he has never fought outside his native Nicaragua and he faces an indomitable challenge against the talented Azim.
Both fighters are unbeaten, but Azim has a record of knocking out his opponents early and his 7-0 record is impressive with six knockouts.
Five of his seven career victories have come inside two rounds, including the second-round destruction of Rylan Charlton in November.
Charlton, 30, had only been stopped once before by Florian Marku, but Azim brutally disposed of him 40 seconds into round two.
Azim downed his durable opponent twice in the first round before finishing the job with a powerful right hand over the top.
It was another display of speed and power against an opponent who was said to be a big step up.
Azim wobbled Charlton, who had turned pro in the lead up to the fight, after just 30 seconds - and the Norwich-born fighter did well to survive a number of right hooks to make it to round two.
But Azim ruthlessly finished him to take another step towards a world title fight.
It's a title that trainer Shane McGuigan believes is within his grasp.
"He will be a superstar, I am telling you. He's an unbelievable talent," McGuigan told Sky Sports in November.
"He will transcend the sport. He took my eye when he was sparring Luke Campbell. Luke kept saying: 'I will figure him out and get him next time'.
"Adam wasn't winning the rounds. It was close and competitive. But Luke normally gets to these guys, especially young kids. Once Luke gets their number, he beats them up.
"But he never figured Adam out."
Not much is known about the 20-year-old's opponent. Reyes' height and reach are unknown and his age ranges from 25 to 37 depending where you read up on him.
What is clear is that he faces an unenviable task, although he does have a record of 12-0 with three knockouts, suggesting power punching may not be his forte.
His first professional fight was in 2019 and he has fought in 74 professional rounds to Azim's 16.
Reyes earned a 10th-round unanimous decision win over El Salvador's Ricardo Cortez in Nicaragua back in December to retain his WBA Fedecentro title.
With all his fights taking place within a 75-mile radius of the capital Managua, a trip to the U.K. will be an eye-opening experience. And it's highly unlikely he has ever been in the ring with anyone as powerful as Azim.
BOXXER promoter Ben Shalom knows he has a real diamond on his hands in Azim. He is aware that he will have to step the Slough man up in the next six months, but he will surely not have taken too big a risk matchmaking with Reyes.
It could all be over very quickly again and it's worth backing Azim to continue his charge towards a world title with an early stoppage.
