While the expectation may have been for the Denver Nuggets to advance to the Western Conference Finals, few people would have expected them to do it in such a convincing fashion.
There were no shortage of ex-players, expert and ESPN pundits who felt LeBron and company had a reasonable chance of springing a surprise.
