Tour over for Faletau

Wales forward Toby Faletau has been ruled out of the remainder of the tour of Australia after breaking his hand during Saturday’s first Test defeat in Brisbane

The Dragons number eight will fly home to have his injury further assessed and Wales caretaker coach Rob Howley has called up Melbourne Rebels’ Gareth Delve from outside his original 34-man squad.

Meanwhile, wing George North will undergo intensive treatment on a haematoma to his thigh in a bid to get him fit for the second Test in Melbourne next Saturday.

Centre Scott Williams has also sustained a facial laceration which it is hoped will not keep him out next weekend.
