Nani: United angry after draw Nani: Expects tough derby

United threw away a 4-2 cushion against Everton on the weekend, drawing 4-4 after a late Steven Pienaar goal secured a point for the Toffees.

The draw allowed City, who beat Wolves later in the day, to reduce the gap to three points ahead of the crucial derby, with only a few games to play in the season.

Nani warned the Citizens on MUTV: “There is anger from the players because we wanted to win.

“We’re disappointed to lose four goals. But that’s football. It can happen sometimes.

“We have to keep believing in our qualities because we still have a great opportunity to win the title. It’s a huge game.

“It will be a difficult game, but if you want to win the league you cannot think about the atmosphere or the opponents. Of course (we can win).”

The derby takes place at the Etihad Stadium on Monday 30 April.
